My 9 year old daughter absolutely loved the kids 4 week hand building class- in fact she cried when it had to end! She learnt new techniques, created some brilliant unique techniques and built her confidence. Chris created a safe atmosphere and encouraged individuality whilst also teaching the skills. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone thinking about it and my daughter will definitely be returning!

Loved spending a couple of hours a week learning new skills and creating something. Chris has been a great instructor and I look forward to the next classes to learn and create more.

What a truly wonderful event! Great instructors, fabulous company, lots of laughs and some interesting creations! I would highly recommend doing this event and anything else that Beldari has to offer.

The short version:
I am so very glad I booked the one on one session with Chris, he corrected many little mistakes that started to creep into my technique. There was plenty of time for Chris to demonstrate and for me to practice with Chris correcting me when needed.

The long version: 
I've always wanted to try pottery, ever since Mum came home with 4 slightly wonky soup bowls 35 years ago from her own classes.
I stumbled across Chris' studio, Beldari Pottery in Echuca Moama in Victoria, and promptly booked a spot in the beginner session, I loved it so much that I immediately booked the follow up 4 week session to build on the basics.

Chris is a knowledgeable and patient teacher, he created a very welcoming and casual environment. The class size is small, and you get ample time to make mistakes and try again.

I have since booked studio access to practice and do my own thing.

This brings me to the one on one session with Chris, things were starting to go wrong with my own work, so I booked the one on one session with Chris and he very promptly got me back on track and demonstrated the importance of getting the basics right.

I have found a hobby (I say hobby, but more of an obsession) that I will happily continue for a very long time.

What a great night. Fantastic teacher, Chris, made it loads of fun and learning, I highly recommend.

I had a lovely time in a great space, meeting new people, having a try at the wheel AGAIN..and learning from 2 very knowledgeable teachers.

Absolutely loved beginner wheel throwing then do it again so much that I just had to book studio time

The Pot and Pour was a blast! The teachers were lovely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient in teaching/guiding us to make our items. The time split between the two was just perfect. Did not feel rushed or anything and we were able to create multiple pieces in that time frame. The drinks and platter provided too were delicious.
Had an absolute ball and would highly recommend to others and would love to attend another class.

Always a pleasure to attend. Glazing was awesome. So many colours to choose from and a nice number of people so we all had plenty of space and time to glaze every piece. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Pot & Pizza evening, had the BEST time. Lots of laughs and great creations. The lessons were informative and fun. Maggie and Chris were amazing. Jodie was also very encouraging and celebrated my ‘creation’! 😂
